Back in October 2017, all Robus School’s took part in the Thundersley Town Team’s “Purple Week”. by making a donation for dressing in purple for a day. They raised a staggering £947.34. All pupils really enjoyed the opportunity to change out of their uniforms for the day and wear something purple! Purple Week was created to raise the awareness of nut allergies and the consequences of anaphylactic shock. The purple week raised the much-needed money for the Amy May Trust (https://amymaytrust.com). The total raised for Purple Week was £6,001.44 and our thanks go out to everyone who helped make it such a success. On Monday 5th February representatives from each school met with Amy and her family to present the cheque.
